7 Performance of functions
(1) Safe Work Australia must perform its functions in accordance with its corporate plan and operational plan. (2) When performing its functions, Safe Work Australia may consult with: (a) governments and government bodies; and (b) representatives of workers and employers; and (c) other interested people, bodies and organisations.
