#### 14 Appointment of each State and Territory representative Appointment of State or Territory representative (1) The Minister must, by written instrument, appoint a person to be the voting member who represents a particular State or Territory. > Note: The person may be reappointed: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. Nomination of State or Territory representative (2) The Minister can only make the appointment if the person has been nominated for the appointment by the State or Territory.
