#### 43 Conditions of fire permit—the Act, s 92 43 Conditions of fire permit—the Act, s 92 > For the purposes of the Act, section 92(1)(b), the following conditions are prescribed as conditions of a fire permit— > > > (a) unless the fire permit provides otherwise—at least one person must be present at the site of the fire from the time the fire is lit until the time the fire is extinguished, > > > (b) a fire may be lit on land only if to do so is consistent with a bush fire risk management plan applying to the land, > > > (c) a fire may be lit on land only in accordance with a direction given to the holder of the permit by the appropriate authority.
