#### 38 Persons to whom notice of bush fire hazard reduction work must be given—the Act, s 100F and 100G 38 Persons to whom notice of bush fire hazard reduction work must be given—the Act, s 100F and 100G > For the purposes of the Act, sections 100F(6)(c) and 100G(1)(c), the officer in charge of the fire station that is nearest to the land on which bush fire hazard reduction work is to be carried out is prescribed as a person to whom notice of bush fire hazard reduction work must be given but only in relation to work carried out on land in a fire district.
