31 Destruction of notices or signs—the Act, s 135
A person must not, without lawful authority, destroy, deface or remove a notice or sign displayed under—
(a) the Act, or
(b) this Regulation, or
(c) the authority of any of the following in the exercise of a function under the Act—
(i) the Minister,
(ii) the Commissioner,
(iii) the Bush Fire Co-ordinating Committee,
(iv) a public authority.
Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
