31 Destruction of notices or signs—the Act, s 135
> A person must not, without lawful authority, destroy, deface or remove a notice or sign displayed under—
>
> > (a) the Act, or
>
> > (b) this Regulation, or
>
> > (c) the authority of any of the following in the exercise of a function under the Act—
> >
> > > (i) the Minister,
> >
> > > (ii) the Commissioner,
> >
> > > (iii) the Bush Fire Co-ordinating Committee,
> >
> > > (iv) a public authority.
>
> Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
