#### 19 Executive Officer—the Act, s 50(4) 19 Executive Officer—the Act, s 50(4) > > (1) Each Bush Fire Management Committee must have an Executive Officer. > > > (2) The Executive Officer is a member of the Committee. > > > (3) The Executive Officer must be— > > > > > (a) if the Committee is constituted under the Act, section 50(1)—the fire control officer for the area, or > > > > > (b) if the Committee is constituted under the Act, section 50(1A)—a member of Fire and Rescue NSW nominated by the Commissioner of Fire and Rescue NSW, or > > > > > (c) if the Committee is constituted under the Act, section 50(2)—a member of the Service nominated by the Commissioner, or > > > > > (d) if the Committee is constituted under the Act, section 50(3)— > > > > > > > (i) for a group of rural fire districts—a fire control officer for the area nominated by the Commissioner, or > > > > > > > (ii) for a group of fire districts—a member of Fire and Rescue NSW nominated by the Commissioner of Fire and Rescue NSW. > > > (4) The Commissioner and the Commissioner of Fire and Rescue NSW may revoke a nomination made under subsection (3).
