#### 79 Entry to land to extinguish fire 79 Entry to land to extinguish fire > An adjoining owner who has cleared land in the manner referred to in section 76 may enter the land of an adjoining owner who has failed to so clear that adjoining owner’s land and take all necessary steps to extinguish any unattended fire that at its closest point has approached a distance that unreasonably endangers or threatens the adjoining owner’s land and any fence or property on it.
