> > (1) Each public authority that is responsible for managed land must report to the Commissioner not later than 1 month after the end of the financial year on its activities to reduce bush fire hazards on the managed land during the preceding financial year.

> > (1A) In addition to the annual report, each public authority that is responsible for managed land must report to the Commissioner not later than 7 days after the end of each month on—
> >
> > > (a) its activities to reduce bush fire hazards on the managed land during the preceding month, and
> >
> > > (b) if any activities planned for that month were not carried out, the reasons for that omission.

> > (2) Any such report must include—
> >
> > > (a) details of the extent of implementation of any scheme for the reduction of bush fire hazards set out in a bush fire risk management plan that applies to the land, and
> >
> > > (b) information about such other matters (if any) as are prescribed by the regulations.

> > (3) The annual reporting information prepared for the Service under the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055) must include details of information contained in a report under subsection (1) for the annual reporting period to which the information relates.
