#### 57 Public notice of draft bush fire risk management plans 57 Public notice of draft bush fire risk management plans > > (1) The Bush Fire Management Committee or Commissioner must— > > > > > (a) in accordance with the regulations, give public notice of and exhibit, for the purpose of receiving submissions from any interested persons, any draft bush fire risk management plan for a rural fire district or other part of the State prepared by the Committee or Commissioner, and > > > > > (b) concurrently display for information any draft plan of operations or plan of operations for that rural fire district or part of the State. > > > (2) The Bush Fire Management Committee or Commissioner is to ensure that no addresses or telephone numbers of fire control officers or other operational contact information is displayed.
