#### 19 Area of operations and officers of groups of rural fire brigades 19 Area of operations and officers of groups of rural fire brigades > > (1) The fire control officer who forms a group of rural fire brigades is to determine the territory in which the group is to operate. > > > (2) The officers of the rural fire brigades forming a group of rural fire brigades are those persons selected, in accordance with the Service Standards, to be officers for the group by the members of the rural fire brigades forming the group. A person selected to be an officer holds office for the period specified in the Service Standards.
