#### 114B Certificate evidence 114B Certificate evidence > A certificate signed by the Minister that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of the matters stated in the certificate— > > > (a) the rural fire brigade funding target, as adopted by the Minister under this Part, > > > (b) the rural fire brigade funding target applicable to a rural fire district, as adopted by the Minister under this Part, > > > (c) the amount of the rural fire brigade contribution determined by the Minister for a specified council for the financial year. > > **s 114B:** Ins 2017 No 9, Sch 4.6 \[16\].
