#### 51 Service of documents 51 Service of documents > > (1) A document may be served on the Authority by leaving it at, or by sending it by post to— > > > > > (a) the office of the Authority, or > > > > > (b) if it has more than one office—any one of its offices. > > > (2) A notice or other document required to be served on a person under this Act may be served by sending it by post to the last known place of residence or business of the person. > > > (2A) A document, including a notice, may also be served on the Authority or another person by electronic transmission to an address or location specified by the Authority or person for the service of documents of that kind. > > > (3) Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Authority or a person in any other manner. > > **s 51:** Am 2022 No 59, Sch 1.34.
