Tasmania regulation
This instrument sets the formal details for an amendment to the Rules of Practice: it gives the amendment a short title, says it takes effect when notified in the Gazette, and confirms the Rules of Practice 1994 as the Principal Rules. It primarily changes legal formality (how and when the amendment starts and what document is treated as primary) and therefore affects people bound by those Rules and the Law Society's administration.
