76 Period of indemnity cover
[Rule 76 Substituted by S.R. 2020, No. 56, Applied:01 Oct 2020] If the Law Society has negotiated, or entered into, an agreement or arrangement relating to a scheme providing for an approved indemnity cover for professional indemnity insurance for a firm under rule 75 , the firm is to take out and maintain the approved indemnity cover provided in that scheme for the period specified in the agreement or arrangement.
