14 Authentication of documents

Any document requiring authentication by RSL NSW is sufficiently authenticated without the seal of RSL NSW if it is—

(a) signed by 2 directors, or

(b) signed—

(i) by a director, and

(ii) by an employee of RSL NSW authorised by RSL NSW to sign the document.
