18 Appointment of Director of Botanical Gardens
(1) Subject to and in accordance with the State Service Act 2000 , a person is to be appointed as Director of the Botanical Gardens.
(2) The Board may give directions to the Director relating to the Director's functions and the Director is to comply with those directions.
