#### 14 Application of provisions of Act 14 Application of provisions of Act > If in the letters patent by which a commission is issued the Governor declares that all or any specified sections of this Act shall not be applicable for the purposes of the inquiry referred to in the letters patent the sections or the specified sections, as the case may be, shall not apply to or with respect to the inquiry.
