16 Other restrictions on driving and riding vehicles

16 Other restrictions on driving and riding vehicles

A person must not do any of the following on the Trust lands, except with the written permission of, and in the manner approved by, the Trust or the Executive Director—

(a) teach a person to drive or ride a motor vehicle,

(b) learn to drive or ride a motor vehicle,

(c) drive an omnibus or a motor vehicle—

(i) with a tare weight of more than 3 tonnes, or

(ii) with a height of more than 4 metres.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
