#### 5 Constitution of Trust 5 Constitution of Trust > > (1) There is hereby constituted a corporation with the corporate name “Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust”. > > > (2) The Trust shall have and may exercise and perform the powers, authorities, duties and functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any other Act. > > > (3) In the exercise and performance of its powers, authorities, duties and functions the Trust shall be subject to the control and direction of the Minister. > > > (4) The Trust shall, for the purposes of any Act, be deemed to be a statutory body representing the Crown.
