#### 9 Protection of roads 9 Protection of roads > A person must not— > > > (a) drive a vehicle or animal on a road in such a manner as to cause damage (other than fair wear and tear) to the road or to any structure or work on the road, or > > > (b) tether in any road any animal that is capable of causing damage to the road or to any structure or work on the road. > > Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
