The driver of a motor vehicle that breaks down while travelling along a tollway must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle—
(a) does not constitute a hazard to other motor vehicles, and
(b) is removed from the tollway as soon as is practicable.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
