#### 25 Additional conditions with respect to Part III projects In addition to the conditions specified in any other provision of this Act, a grant of financial assistance to a State under section 10 in respect of a relevant year is subject to the following conditions: (a) that the State will, as soon as practicable after 30 June in that year, furnish to the Minister a report, in accordance with a form approved by him, concerning each project by way of the construction of an arterial road in respect of which the State has, during that year, expended moneys paid to it under that section; and (b) that, if the Minister informs the Treasurer of the State that he is satisfied that the State has failed to fulfil the condition specified in paragraph (a), the State will repay to the Commonwealth the amount of the financial assistance paid to it under that section, or such part of that amount as the Minister specifies.
