21Minister may require State to furnish information

#### 21 Minister may require State to furnish information (1) In addition to the conditions specified in any other provision of this Act, a grant of financial assistance to a State in accordance with this Act is subject to the condition that the appropriate Minister of the State will comply with any requirement of the Minister made on him in accordance with subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, by notice in writing, require the appropriate Minister of a State to furnish to him, within the time specified in the notice, such information in relation to matters relevant to the operation of this Act as is specified in the notice.
