#### 15 Grants for local roads Subject to this Act, there is payable to each State, in respect of each year specified in Schedule 3, by way of financial assistance, for expenditure on the construction and maintenance of local roads in the State in that year, the amount that is applicable to the State in respect of that year in accordance with that Schedule.
