10 Interpretation

In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

approved program means:

(a) a program of projects approved by the Minister under subsection 11(2); or
(b) a statement approved under subsection 22(3) in so far as it relates to arterial roads.

approved project means a project in, or covered by, an approved program.

project means a project by way of the construction of an arterial road.
