#### 239 Failure to comply with directions 239 Failure to comply with directions > A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a direction given to the person under this Act. > > Maximum penalty—30 penalty units (in the case of an offence arising under Division 4 of Part 7 or Division 2 of this Part) and 10 penalty units (in any other case).
