#### 204 Council entitled to compensation if Crown compulsorily acquires public road 204 Council entitled to compensation if Crown compulsorily acquires public road > > (1) A council is entitled to compensation under this Division for a public road owned by the council that is acquired by the Crown by compulsory process. > > > (2) The provisions of this Division apply in substitution for the provisions of the [Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1991-022) with respect to compensation.
