#### 197 Release and indemnity 197 Release and indemnity > The Minister may require the person to whom any compensation is to be paid or otherwise provided— > > > (a) to release the Minister from any liability to that person with respect to the interest in land for which the compensation is to be paid or provided, and > > > (b) to indemnify the Minister from any liability to any other person with respect to that interest, and > > > (c) to produce any relevant documents of title.
