#### 191 Ascertainment of compensation payable 191 Ascertainment of compensation payable > The amount of compensation to be provided is to be determined— > > > (a) by agreement between the applicant and each person whose claim has been accepted, or > > > (b) failing agreement, by the Land and Environment Court, or > > > (c) if the identity or whereabouts of the owner of any interest in the land concerned cannot be ascertained, by the Valuer-General.
