#### 103 Installation etc of fences, lights etc around dangerous premises 103 Installation etc of fences, lights etc around dangerous premises > > (1) A roads authority may direct the owner or occupier of land to erect or install fences, lights or other equipment on or around any premises on the land that are, in the opinion of the roads authority, in a sufficiently dangerous condition to threaten the safety of persons or property on a public road in the vicinity of the premises. > > > (2) A direction under this section may specify— > > > > > (a) the manner in which or the standard to which, and > > > > > (b) the period within which, > > > > the direction must be complied with.
