24 Purpose of this Part
For the purposes of paragraph 89(2)(b) of the Rules, this Part sets out matters relating to the material to be taken into account by the Secretary when deciding an application for approval of a Model Report.
Note: This instrument does not apply in respect of a Model Report mentioned in section 74 of the Rules – see subsection 89(1) of the Rules.
