22 Additional standards—all relevant vehicles
(1) This section applies to a road vehicle that is manufactured or modified in accordance with a Model Report to which subsection 89(2) of the Rules applies. (2) Where an ADR mentioned in column 1 of the table in Schedule 5 is an applicable ADR in respect of the vehicle, the standards in column 2 apply to the vehicle.
Note: Some of the standards in Schedule 5 displace the obligation in section 9 to comply with the applicable ADRs.
