17 Standards—performance criterion
(1) The standard in subsection (2) applies to a road vehicle that is manufactured or modified in accordance with a Model Report that applies to a model, or one or more variants, of a road vehicle entered on the SEVs Register on the basis of the eligibility criterion in section 130 of the Rules (performance criterion). (2) The vehicle, once manufactured or modified in accordance with the Model Report, must: (a) remain of the same variant description as it was before the manufacture or modification took place; and (b) be of the same variant description listed in the relevant entry on the SEVs Register.
