15 Purpose of this Division
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 89(2)(a) of the Rules, this Division sets out standards that apply to road vehicles manufactured or modified in accordance with a Model Report. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 89(2)(b) of the Rules, subsections 16(3) and (4) set out matters relating to the material to be taken into account by the Secretary when deciding an application for approval of a Model Report.
