#### 56 Modifications of Part 5 of the Regulatory Powers Act Amount to be stated in an infringement notice (1) Subsections 104(2) and (3) of the Regulatory Powers Act do not apply in relation to the amount to be stated in an infringement notice for the purposes of paragraph 104(1)(f) of that Act for an alleged contravention by a person of any of the following strict liability offences: (a) subsection 38(3) (compliance with recall notices); (b) subsection 39(2) (notification requirements—compulsory recalls); (c) subsection 40(2) (notification requirements—voluntary recalls).
