94 Use of vehicles with trader’s plates on road or road related area For the Act, section 18 (2) (a), an unregistered vehicle with a trader’s plate attached may be used on a road or road related area if— (a) the identification label for the trader’s plate is displayed on the vehicle in accordance with section 95; and (b) the use of the vehicle is an authorised use under section 96.
