5A Disapplication of Legislation Act, s 47 (5) and s 47 (6) (1) The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) does not apply in relation to an instrument applied, adopted or incorporated as in force at a particular time under this regulation unless the instrument is expressed to be a notifiable instrument.
