142 Change of name of proprietor of approved premises If the proprietor of approved premises changes his or her name, the proprietor must, as soon as practicable (but within 14 days) after the change— (a) tell the road transport authority about the change; and (b) return the certificate of approval issued to the proprietor in relation to the premises to the authority for amendment.
