141 Proprietor of approved premises to give notice on ceasing to be proprietor If the person who is the proprietor of approved premises ceases to be the proprietor of the premises, the person must, as soon as practicable (but within 7 days) after ceasing to be the proprietor— (a) tell the road transport authority in writing; and

(b) return the certificate of approval issued to the proprietor for the premises to the authority.
