104 Road transport authority may exempt light vehicle etc from certain provisions (1) The road transport authority may exempt a light vehicle, light combination or person from a provision of section 108 (Emission control systems to be fitted and properly maintained) or schedule 1. (2) If an exemption under this section is given subject to conditions, the exemption applies only if all the conditions of the exemption are complied with.
