37 Regulations about safe operation of vehicles A regulation may make provision in relation to the safe operation of vehicles on roads and road related areas, including provision about— (a) the loading and unloading of vehicles and securing of loads; and (b) the regulation of vehicles with a size, mass or load greater than limits prescribed by regulation; and (c) the keeping and production of records and other information in relation to vehicles used on roads or road related areas.
