11 Meaning of loaded unsafely In this part: loaded unsafely, for a vehicle, means— (a) a load on the vehicle is placed in a way that makes the vehicle unstable or unsafe; or (b) a load on the vehicle is not secured or is secured in a way that it is likely to fall or be dislodged from the vehicle; or (c) an appropriate method is not used to secure a load on the vehicle.
