20 Prohibition on using unregistered heavy vehicles
(1) A person who uses a heavy vehicle that is not registered in any jurisdiction on a road or on a road related area is guilty of an offence. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the use of a heavy vehicle in such a place if: (a) the vehicle is one to which this Act does not apply; or (b) the use is otherwise permitted under the regulations.
