#### 50 Minister to notify adoption of code etc. (1) If the regulations apply, adopt or incorporate provisions of a code, standard or rule, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the regulations are made, publish in the Government Gazette a notice giving details of places where the code, standard or rule may be obtained or inspected. (2) If: (a) the regulations apply, adopt or incorporate provisions of a code, standard or rule as in force from time to time; and (b) the code, standard or rule is amended or replaced; the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the amendment or replacement, publish in the Government Gazette a notice stating that the code, standard or rule has been amended or replaced and giving details of places where the amended or replaced code, standard or rule may be obtained or inspected. (3) A reference in this section to a code, standard or rule includes a reference to one that is made outside Australia.
