87 Pre-approval—form
(1) A pre-approval must—
(b) state the name of the pre-approval holder; and
(c) state whether the pre-approval is for a standard taxi licence or a
wheelchair-accessible taxi licence.
(2) A pre-approval may include anything else the road transport authority
considers relevant.
