85 Pre-approval—application
(1) A person may apply to the road transport authority for pre-approval
for 1 or more standard taxi licences or wheelchair-accessible taxi
licences.
(b) state, for each relevant person for the application—
(i) the person’s name; and
(ii) the person’s date of birth; and
(iii) whether the person is—
(A) an Australian citizen; or
(B) a permanent resident; or
(C) a temporary resident who holds a visa that allows the
