70B Transport booking service—must ensure affiliated drivers have required knowledge and skills (c) the person does not take reasonable steps to ensure that each affiliated driver has the knowledge and skills required under the determination to be a bookable vehicle driver. (2) This section does not apply in relation to an affiliated wheelchair-accessible taxi driver. Note Transport booking services must also ensure affiliated drivers are licensed (see Act, s 36G).
