70A Meaning of affiliated driver, affiliated hire car driver and
affiliated taxi driver
affiliated driver, for a transport booking service, includes a driver for
an affiliated operator for the transport booking service.

Affiliated operator—see the Act, s 36B.
affiliated hire car driver, for a transport booking service, means the
following hire car drivers:
(a) a hire car driver who has an affiliated driver agreement with the
booking service;
(b) a hire car driver for a hire car service operator who is an
affiliated operator for the transport booking service.
affiliated taxi driver, for a transport booking service, means the
following taxi drivers:
(a) a taxi driver who has an affiliated driver agreement with the
booking service;
(b) a taxi driver for a taxi service operator who is an affiliated
operator for the transport booking service.
