65 Damaging bus property (a) damages property belonging to an accredited operator of a bus (b) does not have the operator’s consent to damage the property. Note Damaging property is also an offence against the Criminal Code, s 403. (a) damages property belonging to the Territory; and (b) does not have the Territory’s consent to damage the property. property—see section 64 (4).
