53 Inconvenient or dangerous items in bus
(1) A bus driver, authorised person or police officer may direct a
passenger who brings an inconvenient or dangerous item into a bus
to—
(a) place the item in a storage area in the bus; or
(b) remove the item from the bus.
(4) This section does not apply to anything assisting a person with
inconvenient or dangerous item means an item that, because of its
size or nature, cannot be carried in a bus without inconvenience or
danger to someone else.
